Minnas Seasonings was created by Chanelle Paris, a passionate self-taught cook with a rich heritage that blends Jamaican and Romany Traveller influences. Growing up, Chanelle enjoyed the best of both worlds, savouring the flavours of these vibrant cuisines. However, it was her frequent travels to Jamaica, and the time she spent living there, that truly shaped her culinary style.

But Chanelle never forgot her Romany roots. To honour her heritage, she named her seasoning brand after her great-granddmother Minna, with a logo inspired by the Romany flag—a nod to her family’s enduring legacy.

Driven by a love for cooking and a desire to create something healthier, Chanelle set out to develop a seasoning that was not only bursting with flavour but also free from artificial additives and low in salt. Her commitment to quality and taste led to the birth of Minnas Seasonings.

And just like that, Minnas was born—bringing you a perfect blend of tradition, innovation, and pure, wholesome flavour.
